With a gorgeous sunny Saturday, we made the most of it and went to Riverdale Farms with Cathy, Ryan and little Jack! Violet hadn't been in such a long time, and now that she is liking pointing at birds and dogs and cats when we go on our wagon walks around the neighbourhood, we thought she'd love it! Here she is sucking back her bottle while we pulled her around (Jack pulled her around all by himself at some points!)
As for me, I liked holding Jack's hand!!!! See me all smiles? He's my first real boy (deliberate pause) friend!
We saw cows (my fave), sheep, sleepy pigs, waterfalls, and we went to the duck pond! Here's me and Vila hanging out watching the duckies.
After walking around, we went out to the park to have a picnic! It was awesome to sit around and eat and watch everything in the park - and the best part....Jack shared his graham bunny crackers with me! Violet was doing okay, but then a little sparrow landed a few feet away from the blanket and she got so scared, she flipped on her tummy, kicking up her feet and spilling pasta and food everywhere! I guess our Violet IS a little more scared of the birdies than we thought! Ah well Violet, we're here for you.....and when you can walk, I'll hold your hand just like Jack is holding mine in the video below! xoxo Audrey
