On a muggy Wednesday, we headed to Port Stanley to see our friends Jason, Sylvia and their twin boys Malcolm & Donovan! Port Stanley is a beautiful small town, that reminded Mummy a lot of her hometown Cobourg. Jason and Sylvia have a gorgeous home they built (see us above on the porch?) - and it has everything any kid could want (including lots of water, as it was over 40 degrees with humidity)!! We played at the water table and baby pool, which Vila really loved (doesn't she look like such a little lady in that first photo?!)

Meanwhile, I enjoyed my juice while watching the Murray boys bouncing around in their bouncy castle.

After a "hard" day of play, Vila lounged in the hot tub with Mummy.

As for me, nothing is better than relaxing with some ice-cream sandwiches.....mmmm! Malcolm and I enjoyed them in the mini lounge chairs, and I made quite a nice messy face while slurping it up!

At night, we had a great bbq, watched some tv in the home theatre (cool! such a big screen!), and then bedtime! Vila and I slept really well while Mummy & Daddy enjoyed the back porch day bed and a few bottles of "mummy juice" with their friends. After a great game of ladder ball the next morning (girls against boys - Mummy and Sylvia won!!!), we had a bit more playtime and then it was time to hit the road.....I tooka nice picture with the Murrays,

while Mummy took nice pictures of their home indoors (such a nice open, airy, beachy feel to their place).

It had only been just 24 hours since we arrived, but it felt like a week, we were so refreshed and relaxed. We drove by the beach on the way home, stopped for an ice cream and crashed in the car....next thing you know, we're back on Normandy and ready for the next day of staycation!!! Hope you all had a good couple days too....xoxo Audrey & Violet
