Mummy and Daddy had their 6-year wedding anniverary this weekend! So Nanny and Gramps and Holly came over to take care of me and Violet, while Mummy and Daddy got away for a 24-hour day of bliss (Mummy's words!) at Blue Mountain. It was a beautiful sunny weekend, and Daddy started everything off right with roses and champagne in the room on arrival! The picture up top shows them off. The resort was gorgeous, shops, restaurants and a sunny square right in front of the mountains.....picture perfect and everything you need within walking distance. 
After a trip to a spa for a massage and dipping in the hot/cold scandinavian baths, Mummy and Daddy had a nice dinner out, then slept in, and toured the square the next morning (they had to go to the toy store to buy us a present!) There's Mummy, up early in the square.....well, not early for them (it was 10am!), but the rest of the square was asleep....no people out yet! 
Soon enough, the restaurants opened for brunch, and after a great breakfast, there was one more treat. The Ridge Runner!!!!! It's like a single-cart roller coaster down the mountain and it was steep and exciting, and AMAZING....Mummy screamed all the way down, and Daddy was all smiles when he reached the botoom. What a way to end the trip! 
Then it was back home to see us in Toronto (and relieve Nanny and Gramps - I didn't let them sleep much the night before!) Happy 6 years Mummy & Daddy - here's to many more, we love you too! Audrey & Violet xoxoxodfsakldjslkjfas;klfjalfj
