Today Violet turned 5 months old!!! She is quite the big girl now, and is learning new things every week. Now she almost sounds like she is talking sometimes, and she definitely is getting a taste for rice cereal after only 2 days. This morning, she had THREE bowls of cereal - wow! She turns over a lot, and is even lifting her bum in the air like she is trying to get into a crawling position.To celebrate Violet's 5 month birthday, Mummy and Violet went down to Queen's Quay and the waterfront to get some cool waterfront breezes (fyi, we're having a heat wave! 43 degrees with humidex!) After a really long night of no sleep again, Mummy needed her double-shot Americano at the Second Cup. Plus we met Mummy's friend Alli and her son Harrison for a walk around and some dim-sum lunch. 
Overall, a great day and now just hoping for some more "zzzz" of sleep tonight. But no matter how she sleeps, we all know that our Violet is the cutest little 5-month old....well, maybe not so "little", but definitely sooooo cute! Love you Violet, Audrey xoxo
