Happy 3 Month Birthday to My "Little" Sister Violet!

Wow, we can't believe Vila is 3 months old already (as of May 7th) !!! But she isn't a "little" baby, she is off the charts! Vila and I went to our doctor's appointments together today and here are her stats:

Head: 43 cm (100%+++)

Height: 63.5 cm (100%+)

Weight: 14lbs 15 oz (100%+)

Way to go Vila! To give you some perspective, I was only 12.75lbs at my 3 month appointment, so Vila is definitely trying to get big fast to play with me!! Plus the doctor said that Vila is the size of an average SIX month old - ha!!! Here's some other things that are the life of Violet at 3 months:

* Her "winged" hair - she seems to have more than me at this age, plus it's really curly, thick and has little "wings" at the side sometimes that are sooo cute

* Grabbing her feet and holding her arms out (riding her Harley!) - she's discovered she has limbs!

* Watching the TV (she turns her head when she's in the swing....we'll have to get her to her crib soon so she doesn't get addicted to TV too early, but a little Elmo is okay with Mummy and Daddy!)

* Trying to sit up - she loves to do this when Mummy and Daddy put her in her bouncy chair, she is a strong girl! And when she does tummy time, she doesn't fall asleep like I used to, but she does try to raise her head and arms up...she'll be rolling over soon we think!

* Smiling and cooing - she especially does this right after being fed, she is an easy smiler!

* Fist bumps - check out the photo of her and Daddy! Cool Vila!

* Number 2 diapers - she's flown through the Number 1 size now!

And she's getting a little better at sleeping - generally now, Mummy is up once around 2 or 3am, and then again around 630am. Not too bad! The next challenge is moving her to her crib - Mummy says we're doing that this weekend, now that Vila is growing up a bit. So Happy 3 Months Vila, we are all proud of you for growing so well and being so cute.
