Saturday was the main event - the wedding celebration for Rishi and Reva! One of the best parts of going to these fancy celebrations (aside from seeing all our family of course) is that we get to dress up in all our nicey-nice clothes! I had a beautiful green and gold sparkly lengha, while Vila had a gorgeous orange and blue tie-dye lengha. Mummy cleaned up well in her royal blue, and Daddy looked nice in his suit (but hey, it's so much fun being a girl and getting to wear all sorts of sparkles - too bad Daddy!)
I even posed with Jackson, the most handsome cousin ever! We did our magazine pose - it certainly looks like we're models, doesn't it? But as Mummy says, our true beauty if our personalities - being funny and kind and loving with each other - that shines through too.
Vila wouldn't pose, but we did get a nice "action shot" of her sweeping through the foyer area in her dress. And then Mummy had to get a pic with me of course.
After that photo shoot session at home, off we went to the reception. Vila and I blew off some steam by being silly in the lobby - we are super crazy at times, ha ha!
Then, since we're a picture-loving family, we got back into photo-shoot mode! Check out all the pics with everyone through the night - Daddy and his princesses (ie US!), Mummy & me, Mummy & Vila sitting near the h'or deurve area (did we mention we loved the plain puri's?? and Mummy LOVED the bhel puri!), and Mummy & Chachi who looked amazing in her green/blue sari.
And last but not least.....our beautiful Mummy & Daddy! Now you know where we got our good looks, ha!
