Today was officially Father's Day! To celebrate our Daddy, we let him sleep in - yay for Daddy, boo for Mummy (ha ha!) Then it was time to burst into his room and give him his present. As King of our Kingdom, I had made him a crown at school. Daddy loved it, it seemed to be a perfect fit.
Mummy gave him a new bag from her trip to Las Vegas and a new shirt - great for Daddy's work days. Once he finally dragged himself downstairs, we had a pretty regular Sunday - and Daddy had a nice fatherly trip to Home Depot. But for dinner that night, Mummy made Daddy an extra special Father's Day dessert.....chocolate chip banana bread. YUMMY! We all enjoyed it - check out me and Vila chowing down (Violet is doing her silly super smile face of course!)
To finish our Father's Day blog post, Vila and I just want to say what an amazing Daddy we have - he loves us so much, is silly with us, dances with us, answers our questions, reads us stories, makes up stories (Sammy Squirrel), gives us "rocket ships" up the stairs, tickles us to "armpits", and cuddle and kisses us.
