Violet turned 16 months old today - here she is playing in the basement with one of her favourite wheely toys (she discovered they come back down the slide if you put them on there, or with a ball too....it was quite the discovery for her, she was really excited!). She is getting to be such a big girl - and she is so eager to walk!!! She loves walking around now with someone holding up her hands.....
And when she's on the floor, she will scoot over and throw herself into Mummy or Daddy's lap and jack-knife her way up into standing!!
The other thing she really loves to do lately is ride the Princess trike! Check her out looking really happy.
And she is always going "uppa uppa uppa" and reaching up......it's cute to hear her starting to talk!
As for me, I've been having some fun myself today - drawing on the chalkboard in the basement. I know most of my letters in my name now, and I like to outline my hand.
And more fun was had recently at Jack Donnelly's birthday party a couple of weekends ago....here's a couple pics of both us girls and Mummy hugging it up at the party....thanks to Grammie Peggy for taking the pics!
